KNOW THE CONDITION OF YOUR STEEL.
Preventive structural steel condition monitoring and maintenance programs with scheduled visual assessments and photo-documented reports across the GTA.
Banven’s Structural Condition Monitoring & Maintenance Program provides scheduled visual inspections and photo-documented condition reporting for buildings with exposed structural steel. It is a preventive maintenance service — not an engineering inspection, not a code compliance review.
IMPORTANT
This program is visual condition monitoring by experienced ironworkers. It does not constitute a P.Eng inspection, engineering assessment or code compliance inspection. Where further evaluation is needed, we coordinate with licensed structural engineers on your behalf.
Schedule
Book 1–2 visits per year at intervals that work for your building and operations.
Visual Assessment
On-site visual condition review of accessible structural steel — connections, welds, bolts and visible surfaces.
Photo Documentation
All findings are photographed and catalogued. Every visit produces a documented visual record.
Digital Report
A written report is provided following each visit, summarizing condition findings and any recommended follow-up.
Ongoing Record
Reports are retained and accumulated over time, building a year-over-year condition history for your structure.
